Excel Format Guide

Make sure the Excel files you upload have the following column structure (the first row must contain column headers):

Excel 1: HPP Transaction Data

  • Transaction No
  • Type
  • Debit (Positive HPP value)
  • Credit (Negative HPP value)
Excel 2: Sales Data
  • Date
  • Transaction No
  • Description (Item/Details)
  • Harga Jual (Selling Price of Goods/Services)
